MS Sedco only has access to collected information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Information is typically collected by telephone, email, or by online/offline submittal forms.

· Use: MS Sedco will use collected information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us and for matters of conducting our business. 

· Sharing: MS Sedco uses outside entities such as banks, credit card processors, shipping companies, etc., to conduct our daily business with customers. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any reason beyond their primary role of our order fulfillment.

Should the need ever arise prompting you to request a deletion or change of any personal information, contact MS Sedco directly.

You may opt out of any future marketing, such as promotional flyers, by contacting us directly via phone, email, or online submittal form.

Security 

MS Sedco uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online. Offline, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personal information. The servers in which we store personally identifiable information are maintained in a secure manner.

MS Sedco does not ask for or require any credit card or bank information through our online store or website; we do not request immediate payment at the time of “checkout” in our online store. Payment terms are according to pre-established arrangements that require Net 30 terms or similar. Any credit card payment requires information via phone with an MS Sedco customer service representative. Credit card payments are not transacted within the online store platform.

The MS Sedco online store and App utilize a third party-platform in which appropriate measures are taken to safeguard personal information, such as using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input during transmission.

Registration
To use the MS Sedco online store, via internet browser or mobile app, a user is required to register for the use thereof by submitting their company name and email address(es) they wish to have access for. The company name is linked to the respective product pricing and the email address is used thereafter as a “username” for login to the site.  Users set their own password. This information is not sold, shared, or distributed. 

Orders
To ensure proper processing of your order, you must provide contact information – specifically your company name, shipping address, phone number, and email address, as well as any other shipping information that may be applicable to your order. This information is used for order confirmations, shipping, and billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. 

Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
